These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Harlequin Cavoodles Club website and any products or services offered through it. By visiting our website, purchasing a puppy, or submitting any personal information, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms.

1. Use of Website

You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use this site in any way that:

  • Violates any local, national, or international laws

  • Harms or attempts to exploit minors

  • Attempts unauthorized access to our systems

  • Harasses or impersonates another person or entity

2. Puppy Availability and Health Guarantee

We take great care in breeding and raising our puppies. While we strive to update availability in real time, we do not guarantee that listed puppies are available at the moment of inquiry.

  • All puppies come with a veterinary health check, age-appropriate vaccinations, and microchipping.

  • We offer a 72-hour health guarantee from the time the puppy goes home. If any major health issues are discovered during this time (verified by a licensed veterinarian), we will work with you on a resolution, which may include refund or replacement.

  • Buyers must schedule a vet visit within the first 72 hours to validate this guarantee.

3. Deposits and Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a puppy.

  • Full payment must be made before pickup or delivery.

  • We accept payment via bank transfer, PayPal, or other secure methods (details provided at time of sale).

  • Failure to complete payment may result in forfeiture of your reserved puppy.

4. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of live animal sales, all puppy purchases are final once the puppy has been picked up or delivered, except where the health guarantee applies.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Allergies

  • Housing issues

  • Failure to obtain approval from landlords or other family members

5. Buyer Responsibilities

By purchasing a puppy, you agree to:

  • Provide a loving, safe, and secure home

  • Follow recommended veterinary care, diet, and grooming practices

  • Comply with any local pet ownership regulations

  • Not sell, rehome, or surrender the puppy to a shelter without first contacting us (we may assist with rehoming if necessary)

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, branding, and logos—is the property of Harlequin Cavoodles Club and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but we do not guarantee that all content is free of errors. Harlequin Cavoodles Club is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the website or purchase of a puppy.

8. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with the revised effective date. Continued use of the site constitutes your agreement to any changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be resolved under Australian jurisdiction.
