Breed Overview
Poodles are graceful, athletic, and remarkably smart. Available in three primary sizes — Toy, Miniature, and Standard — they adapt well to a range of living environments. Their curly, non-shedding coats make them ideal companions for allergy sufferers. In addition to being easy to train, Poodles are eager to please and highly attuned to their owners, making them ideal for family life, therapy work, or competition.
Toy Poodles
Toy Poodles are the smallest of the three types, typically weighing between 4–6 lbs. They are perfect for apartment living and make loving lap dogs. Don’t let their size fool you — they are full of personality and can learn advanced tricks and commands.
