At Harlequin Cavoodles Club, the health and well-being of our puppies are our top priority. We are committed to breeding ethically, responsibly, and with the highest care standards to ensure that every puppy we place into a loving home starts life happy, healthy, and secure.

Our 12-Month Health Guarantee

We proudly offer a 12-month genetic health guarantee for every Cavoodle, Poodle, and King Charles Cavalier Spaniel puppy we breed and sell. This guarantee covers hereditary and congenital health conditions that could seriously affect your puppy’s quality of life.

If within 12 months of purchase, your puppy is diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian with a congenital or hereditary health issue that makes the puppy unsuitable as a pet, we will take one of the following actions:

  • Replace the puppy with one of equivalent value (based on availability), OR

  • Refund up to 100% of the purchase price (excluding shipping fees), at our discretion.


🩺 What the Guarantee Covers:

  • Life-threatening congenital defects

  • Severe hereditary conditions (e.g., heart defects, liver shunts, etc.)

  • Genetic diseases confirmed by licensed veterinary professionals

  • Conditions that significantly impair quality of life and were not caused by neglect or injury


🚫 What the Guarantee Does Not Cover:

  • Minor or treatable conditions (e.g., parasites, fleas, diarrhea, kennel cough)

  • Hypoglycemia due to owner care lapses

  • Injuries or illnesses due to accidents or neglect

  • Allergies or sensitivities developed after purchase

  • Breeding-related issues (our puppies are sold as pets only unless otherwise agreed)


📋 Health Records & Vet Check

Each puppy comes with a comprehensive vet record, including:

  • First vaccinations

  • Deworming history

  • Microchip registration details

  • Signed health clearance from our licensed veterinarian

We strongly recommend that you take your puppy for a follow-up veterinary examination within 72 hours of pick-up or delivery to validate the puppy’s ongoing health status.


📦 If a Health Concern Arises

If a covered condition arises within the guarantee period:

  1. Contact us immediately at info@harlequincavoodles.club

  2. Provide a detailed veterinary report and diagnosis from a licensed vet

  3. Submit relevant test results or x-rays, if applicable

  4. Our vet may consult with your vet for further assessment

  5. We will work with you to resolve the issue fairly and compassionately
